Tootsie Caramel Apple Pops brings back the Carnival memories

We all know what it is like right? Walking hand in hand with that special someone visiting the county or state fair. The smell of corn dogs wafting in the air among other food that is cooking. It is fall time and the nights are starting to get a little cooler. The one thing you have to get before you leave is a Caramel Apple. Tootsie has brought that same carnival feel back anytime you want it with their Tootsie Caramel Apple Pops.

Tootsie has been around a while since 1896 to be exact. According to the Tootsie website, the inventor named the famous candy after his daughter. At that time you could get one for just a penny. After browsing the website I was surprised to see how many other brands that Tootsie owns.

Caramel Apple Pops for the holidays

We came across these Caramel Apple Pops while visiting The Ashe County Cheese Factory back in October of this year. We bought one for our kids and us.  Wow, I thought, it was so good. When I was looking for a new snack or candy to write a post about I came across these again at Big Lots and thought this would be good to do a post about. I know I have never seen them in a store before and maybe you have not either. Here is a link where you can find them at on Amazon in case you would like to purchase.
