I have a family size of 10 I would just make it with 3x the ingredients since your recipe is 4 serving

Rebecca, That is what I normally suggest. We are a family of 5, and this feeds us with some leftovers. We have two adults, and three kids. All three kids are medium to light eaters. I would say double or tripple for family of 10 based on how much each one eats. The serving of 4 is based off of 4 adults. Thanks so much. -Ronnie
